Processing Music Scores

Part 1

(Can Be Done by Students)

1. Affix a new item ID barcode onto the lower left corner of the pambinder (¼” from the side and ½” from the bottom).

2. Place a label protector over the item ID barcode.

3. Stamp the title page of the score and the top middle of each part if it hasn't already been done.

4. Place a date due slip on the inside of the back cover if there are no parts. If there are pockets, then place a date due slip in the middle of the back pocket.
