Reserve Cook Library Room 123Room 123, located at the back of the 1st floor of Cook Library, is a conference room which seats approximately sixty (60) persons. It has a podium, Internet access and an LCD projector. Room 123 is primarily reserved for University Libraries' faculty, staff, and student meetings. But it can also be reserved for outside library functions in which a University Libraries faculty or staff member is part of the meeting group or serves as sponsor of the meeting. The next priority of use is for University teleconferences, which are booked by the Media Services Specialist. Continuing Education room fees apply. Finally, other University groups may schedule the meeting room 123 for a nominal fee. Teleconference and outside group fees are $25 for meetings lasting up to 4 hours and $50 for a full day meeting. An additional $25 fee will be assessed for use of the teleconferencing equipment. Groups will not be allowed to schedule standing meetings for this room, and meetings may be held weekdays during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. |
