Reserve Cook Library Room 123Cook Library Room 123, located at the south end of the first floor of the library is a conference room seating approximately 60 persons. It has a podium, computer, Internet access, and a data video projector. The first priority for Cook Library Room 123 use is for University Libraries’ functions. If the room is not needed by University Libraries, it may be reserved for university faculty or staff, or for meetings of student organizations. Student organization advisers should reserve the room for student organization use. The room must be reserved at least three business days (Monday through Friday, excluding university holidays) in advance of the meeting. Standing meetings will not be scheduled for this room. There is no charge for the use of Cook Library Room 123; however, groups reserving the room may be liable for damages, lost equipment, and cleaning costs. Deliveries of food, equipment and other items are the responsibility of the group reserving the room, and such deliveries should be made during the time the room is reserved. Groups are asked to leave the room in good condition and to return furniture to its original location. Problems with the room should be reported to the library Administrative Office on Monday through Friday 8 am until 5 pm (266-4241), or to Access Services (266-4250) during evenings and weekends. Technical assistance with equipment and/or Internet access may be limited during evening and weekend hours. Cook Library Room 123 may be scheduled for meetings during the following hours:
