Cook Library Room 123 is a conference room seating 60 persons that is located at the south end of the first floor of Cook Library.
It has a podium, computer, Internet access, and a data video projector.
The first priority for Cook Library Room 123 use is for University Libraries' functions. If the room is not needed by University Libraries, it may be reserved for university faculty or staff, or for meetings of student organizations. Student organization advisers should reserve the room for student organization use. Standing meetings will not be scheduled for this room.
If someone besides the individual making the reservation will pick up the room key, please indicate the name of that individual and their university ID number. Only the individuals indicated on this form will be allowed to check out the room key.
Please bring your university ID card to the Circulation Desk in the lobby of Cook Library. The key will be checked out to your personal library account. It must be returned to the Circulation Desk immediately after your event concludes.
