Cook Library Room 110, located in the northeast corner of the Learning Commons, is a combination computer-equipped classroom and conference room. The front half of the room includes an instructor PC with SMART Board and 26 student computers. All computers have Internet access. The back half of the room includes two rectangular tables arranged to seat 14 persons. Additional chairs are available. The room includes a sink and counter space.
Cook Library Room 110 is used primarily for library instruction and secondarily for other University Libraries' functions. If the room is not needed by University Libraries, it may be reserved by university faculty or staff. Student organization advisors should reserve the room for student organization use. Standing meetings will not be scheduled for this room.
Groups not affiliated with the university may rent Cook Library Room 110. Rental rates are $25 for up to 4 hours and $50 for more than 4 hours. Charges are calculated on a daily basis. The room key will be available for pickup at the library assistance desk in the Cook Library Learning Commons (room 109). University ID card is required to pick up the room key. For non-university groups, payment is due on the day of the event and personal identification is required to receive the room key
