We are working to transition the finding aids listed here into our new website. Please bear with us during this data transfer.
The Contributor/Finding Aid Index lists the 1,300+ authors and illustrators whose original materials are held by the de Grummond Collection. The highlighted names provide links to the finding aids or accession records for the papers of these contributors. Due to the time intensive nature of complete processing, many collections have not been fully arranged and described. However, unprocessed collections are also available to researchers through the aforementioned accesion records. The majority of the finding aids were completed through three grants funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities. As more collections are processed, their finding aids will be added to the Index in an attempt to better describe the complete holdings of the de Grummond Collection.
HOW TO USE THE INDEX
Click on the letter of the last name of the author or illustrator you want to look up. This will take you to a page of names. If the person's original materials have been processed, you can click on their name to take you to the Finding Aid for their materials. If the Collection has not been processed and you would like more information about our holdings of their materials, please contact us using our Ask de Grummond Reference Service.
