The notation XX is used to refer to a group of related tags. For example, 1XX refers to all the tags in the 100s: 100, 110, 130, and so on.
2XX refers to all the tags in the 200s. This group of tags contains the title of the item described in the bibliographic record and all of the variant titles that also apply to the item.
