Privacy Policy

The materials in our digital archive are intended for scholarly research or personal study. Internet access provides an opportunity to reach historians, teachers, and students worldwide by making some of our most significant materials available online.

It is not our intent to invade or compromise the privacy of those individuals whose names or photographs appear in the documents presented. We have included only materials that are part of our open collections, excluding any documents that are restricted by the donors. It is our policy to address copyright issues of all documents before displaying them online, while taking into consideration the privacy of all parties involved.
