1. Sheriff’s Subpoena Docket (May 1891 – April 1903). This journal lists Pearl River County court cases, names of witnesses, and information regarding execution of subpoenas.

2. Supervisor’s Docket of Claims (July 1892 – December 1899). This journal itemizes expenses charged to Pearl River County, including claimants’ names, description of claims, dollar amount of claims, and disposition of claims (i. e., approved, reduced, rejected).
