Three black and white photographs taken in Mississippi:

1. 5” x 7” image of a dredge boat in Coonewa Creek, Lee county, Mississippi. The photographer was J. H. Byous. (ca. 1920s)

2. 7 ½” x 9 ½” image of Jefferson Davis’ library in his Biloxi, Mississippi home, “Beauvoir.” This image was part of a scrapbook or album at some point. (1898, copyright by R. E. Hinchey)

3. 10” x 13” image of a large group of people (possibly a conference or convention) posed at the Edgewater Gulf Hotel in Biloxi, Mississippi. The photo was apparently taken in the winter, because several women in the group are wearing furs. The photographer was J. H. Coquille.
