Series II, Sub-Series 10: Highway Patrol, Boxes 144 - 152:

This sub-series consists of reports and correspondence from various divisions of the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol from 1963 through 1967. Many items relate to the monitoring of Civil Rights activities in the state, which was a function of any Patrol employee who worked the area where a disturbance took place. Other materials pertain to the more routine activities of Patrol employees.
