Copies of letters written by James L. Jolly in Mt. Vernon, Indiana and Van Buren Jolly in Noble, Oklahoma. The originals are preserved in the Cox Collection in the Willard Library in Evansville, Indiana. The James L. Jolly family lived in Covington County, Mississippi from approximately 1830 to 1853.
