Twenty-two color slides taken by Lt. Omer Austin Heacox, who was with the Military Police during World War II. The images were taken in the spring of 1943 while Lt. Heacox was stationed at Camp McCain (near Grenada, Mississippi) and portray various aspects of camp life. The donor of the slides, Janet Breuer, is Lt. Heacox's niece.
