Turabian refers to A Manual for Writers of Research Papers, Theses, and Dissertations written by Kate L. Turabian. Turabian is a simplified version of the Chicago Manual of Style. The two manuals provide similar, but not identical, guidelines for documenting sources. Turabian style is used in many disciplines, but especially history.
