Begin as you would on any computer, either by clicking the print icon on the toolbar or by selecting File > Print from the menu bar. If you are printing from Adobe Reader, be sure to use the print button on the Adobe toolbar.
A pop-up window will open with a place to type in a name. The name is how you will identify this print job when you need to pay for it.
After you have entered a name, a second pop-up window will open stating the number of pages, the printer (black & white or color), and the cost of the print job. If the information is correct, click OK to send this print job to the print station.
There are two print stations in Cook Library--on the 1st floor next to the Information Services Desk and on the 2nd floor in the Reading Room. Go to the appropriate print station, locate the card reader, and insert your print card.
Use the mouse to select your print job from the list of all print jobs and then click the Print button.
Click the Logoff button to eject your print card from the card reader.
