How do I place a hold on an item available in University Libraries (Eagle Express Hold)?

The Eagle Express Hold service allows faculty, staff, and graduate students to have items held for pick-up at one of the service desks in Cook Library. Materials from the circulating collections may be requested to be held at the corresponding service desk--Curriculum Materials Center, Reading Room, or the main circulation desk.

Requests for this services are placed through Document Delivery's ILLiad system. A turnaround time of 48 hours is required for availability of held materials.
