What if I can't login to SOAR?

• User ID is the letter W followed by your six-digit emple ID number. This number may be found on your student, faculty, or staff identification card. An example of user ID is w123456.
• Your student password is initially assigned to you through your advisor. When you login to SOAR for the first time, you will be required to change this password to something that you personally create.
• Be sure you are typing capital letters where capitals are indicated in your user ID and password.
