How do I get help trouble-shooting ID problems for off-campus access?

  • Are you using your CampusID username and password?
    Your CampusID/Empl ID (w######) and password should be used to access University Libraries databases from off campus. This is the same login used to access SOAR, Blackboard/Eagle Learning Online, and other university systems.

    Try resetting your password. Go to, login, and under Password Management, click Change Password.

  • Are cookies enabled in your browser?
    Your browser must accept cookies in order to access electronic resources from off campus. (See your browser's "Help" screen for directions on enabling cookies.)

  • Are you trying to access electronic course reserves or renew an item online?
    These services are available thru the library catalog. From inside the catalog, click the My account link or Login and then use your CampusID username and password.
