How do I ask for help with off-campus (remote) access problems?
Use the Technical Trouble-shooting form to request assistance resolving problems with off-campus (remote) access to electronic resources and services.
Please note that the University Libraries allows access to remote, web-based services (e.g., databases, interlibrary loan, e-books, meta-lib/meta-search, etc.) by using the university's central authorization server, and has no control over username and passwords. If your username or password is being rejected by our authorization page, then you need to review your password and / or username in S.O.A.R., or contact the registrar's office for more assistance.
