How do I ask for help with off-campus (remote) access problems?

Use the Ask-a-Librarian service to request assistance resolving problems with off-campus (remote) access to electronic resources and services.

Please note that the University Libraries provides off-campus access to online resources and services (e.g., article databases, e-books, e-journals, interlibrary loan, etc.) using the university's central authorization server, and has no control over username and passwords. If your CampusID username or password is rejected by the Libraries authorization page, you may need to change your CampusID password or contact the iTech Help Desk for assistance.
