How do I find genealogy resources?

Use the Anna library catalog to find genealogy resources. Go to the advanced search screen, limit the "item category 1" to Genealogy materials, and then enter search terms (e.g., author, title, subject) if desired. If no search terms are entered, the catalog will produce a list of all genealogy resources housed in University Libraries.

Genealogy materials related to Mississippi are considered part of the Mississippiana Collection and are located the Cleanth Brooks Reading Room on the 3rd floor of McCain Library.

Genealogy materials not clearly related to Mississippi are located in Cook Library.
