Each month, University Libraries highlights a resource from its collections. This month we are featuring the Student Success at University Libraries guide.

The Student Success LibGuide provides a great selection of resources in one place for students and faculty to help in their efforts to be successful during their time at Southern Miss. Students should find resources like academic success and student life helpful as they include a wide range of topics that include college success, academic writing, money, sexuality, study skills, and many more that provide recommendations for literature. Fiction and non-fiction reading suggestions can be found under college reading, and many of these titles can be found Cook Library’s Collaboration Zone.

University faculty can also find valuable resources here ranging from teaching to plagiarism prevention to general advice and guidance. Other departments located in Cook Library, such as the Writing and Speaking Centers are also represented here, as well as a guide on how to use Interlibrary Loan.
