About the USM Government Documents Collection
The government documents collection, located in Cook Library 2nd Floor South, contains selected federal publications distributed by the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO). The University of Southern Mississippi Libraries are one of eleven Federal Depository Libraries located throughout the state of Mississippi. As a Selective Depository, the library receives roughly half of the government publications distributed by the GPO. Some of these publications are distributed in microform.
